1. Who issues this Policy

2. What cookies are

Site language (LAT / ЋИР / ENG) is selected via the URL path, not via a language cookie.

• Admin login cookie (_identity) — set only if you sign in to the site administration; not needed for ordinary visitors; HttpOnly; Secure; SameSite=Lax.

These cookies are not used for marketing tracking or advertising profiles. They are set on the basis of legitimate interest / necessity to provide the requested service (secure site and forms).

4. Analytics and form protection

In addition to necessary cookies, the site uses the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics — visit statistics (e.g. cookies such as _ga, _gid and similar). Used to understand how the site is used (e.g. pages visited, device, general geography), not to sell your data to third-party advertisers through this site.
• Google reCAPTCHA — protection of forms against automated abuse (e.g. _GRECAPTCHA and related technical data processed by Google for risk assessment). Used when forms on the site are submitted.

5. Legal framework

Processing via cookies is aligned with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the principles of transparency, purpose limitation and data minimisation.

Necessary cookies are set for functioning and security. Analytics cookies and reCAPTCHA are used for statistics and form protection, in line with this Policy and the Privacy policy.

6. How to manage cookies

In your browser settings you can delete existing cookies, block them or ask for a warning before storage. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the site (especially forms) may not work correctly. Blocking analytics cookies does not prevent browsing content, but may affect the accuracy of statistics.
