We used a Sunday — a beautiful, sunny day — to present our association and our activities to our fellow citizens. With the support of the City of Banja Luka, we organized this presentation on the occasion of the City Day celebration in order to show all our fellow citizens the importance of amateur radio in the age of modern technologies, and to better inform our citizens about who radio amateurs are, what they do, and how they can join our association.
We also presented the importance of radio amateurs through the RMZO (RadioMrežaZaOpasnost) project, which is available to our city, our fellow citizens, and the region when everything stops and when you do not know how to establish communication during unforeseen circumstances (floods, earthquakes, power grid failure, or telecommunications network failure...).
