A broken Diamond X-510 antenna at the R0 repeater site in Banja Luka was repaired and reinstalled, restoring full functionality. Preparations also continued for relocating the DMR repeater, with a 5 GHz wireless link configured ahead of its planned installation.
Radio klub "Nikola Tesla" Banja Luka is organizing an amateur radio exam on 23 December 2024 at the club premises, Ulica Bitoljska, starting at 19:00. A training and exam session for new members is planned for spring 2025.
After nine years without a permanent home, the radio club has bought a 15-metre lattice tower and poured its reinforced-concrete foundation. RK Nikola Tesla hosts the first of three free antenna lectures on Wednesday, February 14 at 19:00 at its Bitoljska Street club premises. The series covers dipole and End Fed antennas for HF and Yagi antennas for UHF, with a joint materials purchase and a session on measuring SWR using a VNA.
